An Apartment in the City traces how architecture stores and transmits memory.
Magdalena Mitterhofer and Shade Théret examine what shapes a place and how it comes to carry mythical weight over time.
Which traces remain etched into its structure, and which quietly fade into oblivion. The duo works through gesture, voice, and poetic image,
often drawing on re-staging, deconstruction, and references from the online space. Within a spare, reduced structure, complex relations become tangible.
